friendly staff lovely spa
the front of house staff were friendly especially on arrival. spa was lovely, busier at the weekend.

a romantic riverside retreat
vast selection lovely view relaxing treatments comfortable loungers
i found the breakfast buffet really good with a vast selection. the rooftop bar offered lovely views, though the elevators were a bit slow. the spa treatments i experienced were relaxing, and the pool area had plenty of comfortable loungers. the room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches.
the minibar prices were quite high!

dirty floor non-working mini-fridge
the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.
The room i got wasn't what i expected. The mini-fridge wasn't working, so my drinks weren't cold. also, the bathroom floor seemed a bit dirty. It was annoying.

single beds expensive cocktails
The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options, it met my expectations.
The room we received had two single beds pushed together. There were also two single duvets. The cocktails at the sky bar were expensive. Four cocktails cost €100.
